Have to do this on girlfriend’s 2013 Maxima. Current original headlights are horrible, but the car has been pretty good to her, only 60K original miles. Thanks for the insightful and helpful video, Sir.
Great video! I found it a lot easier to take the wheel off. Gives more access.
Thank you sir for sharing this experience with us, I own a 2012 model.
Thank you for your time and help 😊
Thank you for your wisdom sir.
This will be my last Maxima for sure lol thanks for the info though!
Awesome video, thank you! Confirmed my suspicion that I’m having the shop do it…why so difficult?!
Do you have to remove the socket while still attached to the bulb?
Nice Challenger
What’s the difference between the plugin one where u plug it in at ?
What bulbs are you using?
Where yu get the xenon from?
What if you need to change the lens? Do you have to drop the bumper?
For anybody that needs to know, the bumper cover has to come off. It's not too hard. Just make sure to have new plastic fasteners on hand. There's a few YT videos that are helpful.
Results?

Make no sense you have to do all this to change a fuckin bulb
This is a lot easier if you remove the front tires. I know, I know, it's dumb to take tires off to change bulbs. The thing is you have to take the tires off to change oil or trans filters. That is, if you don't have a lift. Not a biggie.
Why the bulds sre diiffernt the driven one is easy the passanger iis a diffent light buld.who does that in my 2010?
How convenient and simple just to change a headlight. Thanks Nissan. 🤡🤡🤡
EXACTLY! WHY WOULD THEY MAKE IT THIS HARD!!!
It’s legitimately not that hard.
Ikr! I own one of these, and it keeps having minor problems. It's neat though.

I own a 2012 Nissan Maxima and I suffer from a leakage problem in the radiator, and the workshops impose large sums of money because to replace the radiator, the front bumper must be completely removed with its gaskets or the iron bumper, and I ask here: Which stupid engineer decided to put the radiator inside the front bumper?
I twisted the silver thing and the bulb is still in the socket. The bitch didn’t come out like it did in the video and now I have to figure out how to pry the mother fucker out. This is too much work for a fucking headlight bulb. 🤦♂️
Unreal the hell you have to go thru for a freaking headlight!
Honestly what is with car designers making changing a light bulb cumbersome, why not a access hole with a rubber plug hole to just push out and boom replace and done.
Yeah my lights are horrible I have to use my brights to see anything
Nothing is easy for me
I thought this was gonna be a easy process 🫠
Same- Can't believe I'm gonna bring my car to the shop to change a F'N light bulb. 🤦♂️
