I disagree that there’s some sort of unbalanced power dynamic. Blau’s friendship dynamic with everyone (Lily, leslie, etc) is different than an employee-employer dynamic in an office setting, for example.

I've said this before... but it's because he doesn't play to his element. He's allowing his position to be determined by other people because of how accepting of it he is. That doesn't mean he needs to go crazy and alienate people though. I'd simply suggest promoting more IRL streams. Blau is more of a chad irl than he is as a streamer. He can show off more if he did more irl collab streams with his current friend group. Lot harder for them to bully when they're feeling a bit awkward and non-social irl.
