When you speak about these studies, can you refer to them below so that we can read them?

There are some incredibly important and well supported points being made by Jason especially about factoring in the environmental, social and economic costs caused by Scandinavian and Western countries' consumption. IKEA was mentioned and it is a good example. In Romania, they are among the main exploiters of forests and natural habitats here's a clip that covers part of what is going on: ua-cam.com/video/MdwLhmwRPt8/v-deo.html

Identity of each participant and their associations, please! From the UIO website other than Jason Hickel, there is one name - Sarah Cornell.

26:54 “by introducing mandatory maximum lifespans for products”'
Wouldn’t it be better to introduce mandatory _minimum_ lifespans for products?

That would men better for the user; not for the producer. Unfortunately we live in a world where producers have the power.

I think that's what he meant. He just made a mistake.

Nordics are the best capitalist model to follow but its stall capitalism and not socialist as per Karl Marx vision of it.

Not at all sustainable in reality. Having seen a bit of Norway, in terms of energy and lifestyles, it's very high and without regular supply of fossil fuel or renewable energy industry, Norway would collapse in a month.
