- WOW, WOW,WOW what an event, sorry for the booboo early on in this video, I didn’t think it was worth spending 12 hours to fix it. The only thing that really hurts, is that I lost my camera on Friday and lost the whole days video. I’ll talk more about the event on my next installment. I want to apologize to Jerry from Texas. If you read this Jerry while you’re still here at the Nats, please come back to the same area where we were sitting or out front of the building and see me, and we’ll re-video. I have a back-up camera for the rest of the weekend. We had a good trip down except for my breakdown for 1-1/2 hours. I lost power to my distributor. My wife recorded us working on it on the side of the highway.
Hey Bill, what a great show, I can't remember the last time I saw so many over the top builds like that in one show. Thanks for capturing it so beautifully. I always enjoy your commentary. Keep up the great work my friend!!!!
Thank you. Glad you like them even with my bloopers.
This had to be the mother of all car shows! Thank you for posting...thanks for your videography...you do outstanding work!
Thank you
I agree with the great videography and outstanding work. I can set for hours watching your videos. Very high quality. Thanks for yet another great video.
Wow, these cars are artwork. I used to be a die hard car guy, but it go way too expensive. Just mess around with motorcycles now. I literally couldn't afford the wheels on these cars. They are beautiful to look at though. Thanks for the great video. Been trying to make it to Louisville for years. Thanks for bringing it to us.
I know. After I got married and raised a family, I left cars for 16 years to race dirt bikes. A lot cheaper, but that’s even got pretty expensive.
I never realized that your truck was that nice. It doesn’t show up that well on camera. You guys got a great rinse on the way out. Thanks for your hard work Bill I want to save them for the winter but can’t wait 😊
Thank you.
And again, Many Thanks for your time and effort
Thank you for watching
Back in the "DAY", I never missed the show in Indy! Thanks for walking around for me.
Thank you for watching
Of all the automotive videos I enjoy yours the most. They're the closest to being there. Thanks!
Thank you for your kind words. Can’t wait to get back out again.
Thanks for sharing your trip. Sorry about the breakdown, hope you got everything fixed for a stress-free ride home. We had a distributor just quit in the middle of the road once. Luckily we were just outside the show grounds and one of the vendors at the show had a replacement and it was a quick swap. And sorry about the camera - hope it was just misplaced or down and not lost. We really enjoy riding along with you guys and you do a great job with the videos. Glad to see Stan feeling better and able to go too. God bless!
That Red Roadster for sale looks phenomenal. That red color is amazing. 1:09:16

Thank you. There’s a lot worse things in life than losing a camera. It still stings.
@@37spiker SO RIGHT
I was there but your video is outstanding, smooth and clear, and nice narration.
Thank you
I really like your videos cause they are so UNBELIEVABLE! LOL Thanks for a great video!
Thank you
Wow great show,thanks
I’m glad you enjoyed it
Love your video's and the coverage you give to all the cars! Would love to know a little about your truck and your groups cars, for instance, what year and make is your truck? What Engine? What year & make is Stan's car? Engine? even Pausing the video it is hard to figure out, especially if the best shot is early in the wee dark hours! How about a descriptive video on your groups vehicles! Respectfully - Doug

Thank you so much for the video ! Best regards from Northern Quebec.
Thank you.
Tks for the awesome video....Sorry to hear about ur camera. I hate 'misplacing' things...I seem to do that regularly!!
It’s gone. I have no idea how I lost it.
Great job as usual Bill. Thanks 👍😎
Those paint jobs looked wet. Those had to be some of the best rides You have ever shown. I also wondered what broke on your ride? My wife was asking how many of those cars drove to the show? I told her most of those inside probably had A/C transport. Wow..... I know why you say that over and over,,, Can't blame you. Thanks Billy, for all the effort you make for these videos, and editing and up loading. If people only knew the time you spend.
Thank you for your kind comments. I lost fire to my distributor. We think there was a short in the distributor and replaced it. I know we drove 1120 miles, one way. The roads were so rough in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Kentucky that I broke my front shock bracket. It actually ripped the frame not the weld.
@@37spiker Over 2200 miles, that's putting some miles down. I saw you working on the Distributor. Thought it might be electrical. That's a lot of miles for spike, heck for anybody.
Thanks for sharing, fantastic job covering the event.
Thank you.
I like this show. I am looking for a 1947 Oldsmobile. Thank You!
2 gorgeous hot rods with the Yellow flames at 48:22

the truck at 10:15 with the hose dragging the ground. Was that for show?
That red car for sale is really nice at 49:31
I love your videos . will definitely mark this 1 down for next year. Which in your opinion is a bigger show this one or the syracuse nationals ? The Syracuse nationals is a great show. Keep up the great videos. Thank you.
Louisville has more entrants than Syracuse. But both shows should be on everyone’s bucket list. Both events are mind blowing.
I can’t believe how quiet your truck is on the inside.
I used a lot of insulation. I learned my lesson you can’t use too much sound dampening and insulation.
another great video MR. WOW !!!!!
Another great looking red roadster 1:04:10
Hello from san antonio, luv the videos. Please tell me the paint used on the truck look killer. thanks ken
If you mean my truck, it’s Hotrod Black by DuPont, we tinted it to a grey. I wouldn’t use it though. It’s way to expensive, I’d use Flatz brand paint. They’re online.
That engine looks good at 7:14
Great video, took me a coupe days to watch it all. Bummer about loosing your primary camera.
Maybe someone will do their homework and figure out you are the owner.
They made announcements at the event, about anyone finding a camera. Nobody came forward.
Those flames on the roadster look nice at 45:32
Thanks for posting this
Thank you for watching.
I'm starting to like your channel Bill, keep it up buddy. I'll keep watching your videos and guaranteed I will subscribe your channel.

@@37spiker Do you have any favorite car you've seen at these car shows. This is my favorite looking classic car. It looks unbelievable. www.flickr.com/photos/1grandpoobah/8017441990/in/photostream/
This car was built about 10 years ago and is still gorgeous. Rumor has it that a young kid built it at a body shop. It’s owned now by a guy who collects high dollar cars.
@@37spiker I found the guy who owns that Roadster. Here's the Roadster and the owner who talks how the car was built. His name is Bill Yorker and it's at 13 minutes and 56 seconds of the video below. It's at a car show in PA. Also check out the car at 12 minutes and 40 seconds. Those flames on the car look amazing
ua-cam.com/video/xUehew2u03c/v-deo.html
I know this guy. Sorry but he doesn’t build any cars. He has very deep pockets and buys some of the most beautiful cars. I believe that coupe was built by a young guy out in the Midwest. Bill just bought it.
Nice looking Chevy Bel Air 1:05:19
The black forbade it does sound good scene him at a for we have here in Indiana that thing is cool
great video, I had the same thing happen at the frog follies. stupid distributor lucky enough to have vendors there. lol

I know. The 2 wires coming from the pick up coil are usually the problem, when it’s not the module.

Going to be 100 for the next solid week in Houston
Wow.
OH HELL YEAH
👍
Maybe your camera was stolen, not lost. Hope it shows up.....those things aren't cheap.
Anything is possible. I last remember setting it on my table attached to my chair.
@@37spiker Sure sounds like it was stolen if you attached it. Low-down move...sure hope you get it back.
thanks wish your camera was better, just thanks
Thank you.
I uploaded the latest update and it’s working flawlessly now. Just finished the Hebron Rod Run. It should be out today.
