Augmented Matrix for System of Linear Equations | Algebra 2

- We go over how to represent a system of linear equations in an augmented matrix. With a system of linear equations, we can store the variables' coefficients in a coefficient matrix, and the constants from the standard form equations in a constant matrix. Bringing these two matrices into a single matrix creates the augmented matrix for the linear system. With the augmented matrix, we can perform elementary row operations to solve the system. We go over several examples of augmented matrices for linear equations in today's lesson. #Algebra2

This doesnt help at all if you don't show how to solve
Agreed
thanks for nothing bro i wasted about 12 min of my life 👍
How to calculate then
Fantastic and clear tutorial. I'll check up the followup row video, man. Seriously, thanks for the clear explanation for my literally clinically diagnosed ADHD addled mind...
Glad to help! This video is in my algebra 2 playlist, so it's pretty basic. You might find more of what you're looking for, solving systems with row operations, in my Lin Alg series: ua-cam.com/play/PLztBpqftvzxWT5z53AxSqkSaWDhAeToDG.html
Hello, can I please ask you a question on subsets? how many subsets of {1, 2, 3, …, 20} are there with no more than 2 consecutive integers? Can you please explain step by step how to arrive at the answer?
you really dont help at all
Love your breakdown of the linear equations.
Thank you!
3(X-2y=7)
-3x+5y=-4
0x+y=17
so y is 17 not -17
And x =41
y is -17, not 17.
this is the most nothingburger math video i've ever seen
once you see how someone does it even ONCE; everybody knows how to do it
people are clicking on this thinking that you are going to solve for x y and z and you are just not doing that
it is an incredibly simple process and this video comes off as a waste of time considering it's you going on for 12 minutes on basically rewriting numbers in an augmented matrix.
very not cool
