What injured you had? I have chrondomelacia patella and don't know if I ever can train parkour but maybe if I didn't do high impact jumps I could train in some way. EDIT I read comments, I know now

Forgetting about this. They lose there joy in parkour just wanting to be the best for others instead of being the best for themselves.
