Dot understand way is the fitter hanging on the cable at 14:10 the only thing he needs is the mobile crane to lift the jib at the end section, then connect it... But i believe there is a manual of instruction from the manufacturer some were there!
Good point why is he trying to rig the pendant bars like that??? Put a sling on the tip of jib and lift using mobile crane... then pin pendant bars. Easier.. and I'm sure it's how you do it as per manufacturers instructions and recommendations. Rigging platforms make for safe working area while at height. Other than that, awesome job.

Just not ideal, the chance of lining up pin holes and dropping pin, hammer, split pin let alone the ackward position he is working in. Not enough planning, experience, commonsense. Rigging and placing the jib is easy if you know how. Follow the manufacturers recommendations. Read the manual... easy stuff. Loves this type of work, and full credit to the men and women who choose to do this line of work. Experience worker is needed up top.

Mi nombre jonathan y este montaje lo realice hace unos años atras . La obra era sigro proyecto el golf . Este montaje se realizo de esta manera ya que no se logro contratar la grua auxiliar que correspondia para realizar el trabajo . Y se contrato una menor capacidad. Por lo generl se arma los 70 metros de pluma abajo y luego se sube a montaje . Y lo otro que este modelo de grua no esta diseñado para montarlo por parte . Se realizo unos procedimientos para todas esas maniobras . Saludos .
¿Cuales son las mentiras? Vivo en Santiago y es Santiago. El cerro San Cristobal está al fondo, también se divisa el Costanera Center, es el límite de providencia y las Condes.
