Today is April 13th 2024, my husband's birthday! We've gotten out first 3 hummers (our very 1st sighting of this year!) of the season here at our feeders!! That’s awesome! Today is April 17, 2024, and I saw a hummingbird at my feeders! In North Texas. I’m so happy they’re back. They’re truly fun and bring peace to watch. I’m ready this year. I’ve planted some of their favorite flowers, bought many, with four salvia’s on the way!! I had up to 8 or 9 at the end of the season last year. They truly make me happy!❤ I wish they had a hummingbird emoji
Where I live in Corpus Christi Texas there are a lot of hummingbird they like to stop by here in my patio I have so many flowers different kind of flowers it's so beautiful to watch them
Still waiting in the Chicagoland area after being able to have them fly right up to my handheld feeder last year! Also had a mama build a nest and successfully raise 2 little ones in a tree within eyesight!🤞

Literally why I just came here. Two hummingbirds have been racing in circles around my tree again. It’s hilarious, they make a zoom sound when they pass.

Our hummers stay very close, they sit in,our hands or land on our finger if we're at one of the feeders 😁💙 But when I found this and took,it outside playing it, oh my goodness! They went crazy! A hummingbird bird remembers people each year, can fly backwards, can lower its heart rate to compensate for temps lowering at night to sleep hanging upside down. It is one of the most intelligent animals on the earth it's actually amazing how smart they are & you let your cat kill them that's stupid
