- The CTA Second Chance Program, in partnership with the City of Chicago and local social service agencies, provides ex-offenders and other individuals facing barriers to employment the opportunity to obtain full-time on-the-job training as bus and rail car servicers, which can lead to a long-term, meaningful career.
This was the best program for our community
Love the idea of a second chance program. Wish you give a first chance program more, many of us have applied and never had a problem with the law.
Exactly. It's always the people who do wrong who get extra help. People who are law abiding get squat.

we all desever a second chance in life.
But do you have to have a high school diploma to apply
A non related felony shouldn't EVER be a barrier to most types of employment. Most citizens would be productive if given the opportunity
Cool realistic, career opportunity's kids don't understand there parents or garden's struggles before taking on parental guidelines.

It nice there giving others! a chance to change there life that wonderful stops crime. Now tell me what stops others who aren't! strong not to do crime when they aren't . Given any chance at all with no issues? just wondering fact there are many with no issues! who apply year after year given a PA number. and never call how many people go threw this! and say forget it I will take what i want. you see everyone not strong! to stay a good member of Chicago! when there look pass out of selfishness! and greed which is why Chicago is becoming worse and worse! because most that want to do right! aren't given a first chance reasons. why the good! are leaving and Chicago suffering with high crime rate because companies! are not moving away the reasons to do crime. from the start! how much better will City be for all. if All was given a first chance that show i want to be a part of city! just saying i Rock Jehovah im strong to remain good! no matter what im just one out a million.
