actually no its a c62-50 and it is a 4-6-4 while hiro is a D51 4-8-4

Hiro is a 2-8-2. As far as I know, 4-8-2 and 4-8-4 locomotives were never used in Japan. Though, a 4-8-4 was originally planned to haul the Shinkansen trains, as we all know, the Shinkansen wound up being electric, so the planned Northerns were never actually built.
