He's had others on "Red Eye", like Gwar frontman Oderus Urungus (RIP) on many times. He's also had guys like from Jim Norton to presidential candidates on the show. That's what makes the show great; so many varied guests, mostly because of Gutfeld and the late Andrew Brietbart's connections and networking. It is NOT your typical FOX News show (which is probably why it's on at 3am).
That's pretty ironic-since Fox News is so openly in-your-face about everything. Also, Gregg has since worked with Tim Heidecker, who is also a staunch left-winger.
I'm not sure I can stomach Gutfeld's politics, but I found him endearing when I heard him state unequivocally that Faith No More is better than RHCP who sucks. After watching all those brilliant Oderus interviews and now Neil Hamburger I hate saying that he's my kind of dude.

Dismissing everything because you believe it fits in with a certain group you despise is an ignorant and uniformed way of going about things. I've found I appreciate more when I try to appreciate more, I've become incredibly optimistic about everything. I'm not trying to change your opinions, but give things the biggest chance you can before stereotyping it.
