Hmmm. I’m a Carat, and reading some comments I just want to share what I think. First of all, I think these boys did a very good job. Like reaaaaally good. Seventeen once said that Boom Boom is one of their difficult title song to perform due to it’s choreography and vocal arrangements. Vocal wise, you have to understand Boom Boom was produced FOR SVT so they will chose the members with the best vocals/pitch for each part to sing it best. That’s why when you listen to SVT’s version it just sound “right”. That’s coz the entire song has been mixed and adjusted to its perfection FOR SVT just right. The right member for the right part, with the right pitches and keys. Another Seungkwan and DK once mentioned how Woozi liked to make them sing one key higher than they usually does. So imagine if Seungkwan and DK has to sing Boom Boom a key higher with their already high vocals, how else would a different idols that has a lower vocal capabilities, sing the song- in the original key- UNADJUSTED without trouble. So yeah. They totally get a well done on covering this song vocally. Choreography wise, the dance is damn tiring. Hoshi always, always makes the SVT members transitioned from one spot to another just so that everyone has a fair share of being in center and highlighting the members during their parts. Making there is so much more steps and movements. That’s why it is such a killer for Boom Boom for a breather and to sing. Lastly, SVT also can be heard losing their breaths singing this song, even with MRs. However, SVT always supported their members by doing their own parts flawlessly. Hence making their performance seemed flawless. They’ve trained and spend time so much together, they own this chemistry that makes them blend well. These boys aren’t. They are thrown together with a random song and has to make it work in a short of time. It’s not easy. This boys get to do something that SVT the original performers of this song claimed as difficult- with a great effort. Therefore, the deserve a clap from us all. Especially Carats. Baksu! 💕 Sorry if my comment is long, but I just think these guys deserve a thumbs up for their hard work. Which I’m sure SVT themselves would be proud and applaud to, too. :D

For those moaning that he took all the attention, he was literally at the center twice and spent most of the song on the edge of their formation. If you want to blame someone, blame the show editors for showing his face so much. But for actual distribution of song parts, Feeldog got a short rap part and one line in the chorus. and for those saying he's overrated, the boy can dance, can sing, can rap, can choreograph dance moves, can do freestyle, and he can even paint. I feel like I want to cheer them in this performance. svt's songs are quite high for male, plus the dance, and the energy that has to be expressed. Svt themselves said that it is not easy. It works for svt because when we see the behind the scene of their producing (in going svt 25, I guess). The producer (woozi) adjust the way the member sing by their own capability. But not with these guys, they straightly perform this without key change or whatsoever. These guys perform this so well, I hope they do well in this show.

Boomboom was made to be sang by 17 whereas these guys were randomly put together, you can't judge their vocals by that. Judge 17 singing any of these guys' songs and then make a decision.
I'm a Carat and I give them 10/10 points on vocal because they did all line live without any backing vocal and dance as f**king hard as what my Sebeong always does. However, if they got help from the backing vocal, they might dance more on point.
I wish shows would think about which song to use from seventeen cause seventeen songs are pretty high in general even woozi and hoshi said between the song being high pitched and the choreo being hard boom boom is one of their hardest songs to perform, if survival shows are going to use seventeen songs they should take that kind of stuff into account and adjust anything that is necessary cause it can actually make the one performing it seem worse then they are just because the song is too hard for them seeing as it was made for seventeen's vocal range and not theirs >.
the vocal team of seventeen are monsters and DK and Queen Boo are basically final bosses but their energy was up there the feel was amazing and they did good for a completely live stage as a carat I'm okay with this

EVERYONE STOP HATING ON FEELDOG FOR WINNING WITH 100 PLUS POINT DIFFERENCE! First he didnt hog the stage! He was only in the center 3 times. The first was at the beginning when he said "come on come on" then his 2nd time was when he said "Everybody 붐붐" (these were tiny chorus parts) and his main part his short rap line. Other then that he was 80% of the song either on the right or left end of the stage. Its is not his fault he has an amazing stage presence and thats why the producer decide to show him more aka all the other clips you see of him when he isnt the center. Seriously he did an amazing job worthy of his win. He put his own style into this and if you set your pety opinion aside you can tell he did an amazing job. And yes i know his rapping wasnt the best but this is a song made by and for SVT. Its not his fault he doesnt have the same rapping style like SVT members. I just hope yall leave him alone for getting the most screen time when it isnt even his decision to make. Blame the producers who decide who gets shown. End of my Rant. Sorry just dont like people hating on FEELDOG for something he has no control over like screentime or voting.

bexie1989 Please do! Even check out the Stay performance from the Unit. Topp Dogg BJoo and Hojoon sing the whole song together, prerecorded it for their team’s dance mission. And check their group, they could use the support since they suffer quite a bit. The group started with 13 members and like each year they lose them and finally the group is down to only 5 members (the 6th is currently promoting with the Unit group JBJ) so this is basically their last chance before disbandment.
I'm so frustrated and sad that Jian got last, not that I'm surprised actually. Barely screentime, barely lines here, just in general he isn't treated fairly on the show. In the My Turn mission he was completely ignored, same as some other, only Daewon was praised for helping out MAS... And here he also can't show his skills. 😭 Ahh I fear he'll be eliminated, but I'll try to keep up my hopes for the rest of the Imfact members!

First he didnt hog the stage! He was only in the center 3 times. The first was at the beginning when he said "come on come on" then his 2nd time was when he said "Everybody 붐붐" (these were tiny chorus parts) and his main part his short rap line. Other then that he was 80% of the song either on the right or left end of the stage. Its is not his fault he has an amazing stage presence and thats why the producer decide to show him more aka all the other clips you see of him when he isnt the center. Seriously he did an amazing job worthy of his win. He put his own style into this and if you set your pety opinion aside you can tell he did an amazing job. And yes i know his rapping wasnt the best but this is a song made by and for SVT. Its not his fault he doesnt have the same rapping style like SVT members. I just hope yall leave him alone for getting the most screen time when it isnt even his decision to make. Blame the producers who decide who gets shown. End of my Rant. Sorry just dont like people hating on FEELDOG for something he has no control over like screentime or voting.

bexie1989 Please do! Even check out the Stay performance from the Unit. Topp Dogg BJoo and Hojoon sing the whole song together, prerecorded it for their team’s dance mission. And check their group, they could use the support since they suffer quite a bit. The group started with 13 members and like each year they lose them and finally the group is down to only 5 members (the 6th is currently promoting with the Unit group JBJ) so this is basically their last chance before disbandment.

I'm so frustrated and sad that Jian got last, not that I'm surprised actually. Barely screentime, barely lines here, just in general he isn't treated fairly on the show. In the My Turn mission he was completely ignored, same as some other, only Daewon was praised for helping out MAS... And here he also can't show his skills. 😭 Ahh I fear he'll be eliminated, but I'll try to keep up my hopes for the rest of the Imfact members!
