I used to make bead lizards when I was younger (I would sell them at school and in the neighborhood for $1, or custom lizards at $2). I wanted to make these buddies again for Christmas this year as I'm on a tight budget. After totally forgetting the method, this video brought it all back! Small tip for those who suck at tying things!
Since the string doesn't need to stretch because it's not a bracelet, I used one of those strings that can be melted with a lighter. So when I finished I just melted the two ends together :>
I made some for my mom and she loved them. At first this seemed hard but now i really get the hang of it even without a tutorial. :) I have used up all of my beads and was wondering where you get yours from.

Same! I only had stretchy cord. What kind of string was used here?

ive been making a lot of necklaces lately for myself and so i have a lot of beads and this was perfect :) i had never made any beaded anything and so it was completely new but it worked perfectly and was super easy thanks man i know im late to the video lmao but your editing and style is great and has aged perfectly in comparison to other internet tutorials lmao
