Hi! I don’t think it’s super hard to get a single but since DePaul has a limited number of them available I’d make sure you turn your housing application in early. I hope this helps! If you have other questions you’re totally free to dm me on insta @katelynfeinblatt :)
Hii! I would say just try and take classes that would help you choose a concentration(if you want one). So for example like a community psych or human development class etc. I would also suggest talking to your advisor sooner rather than later about possible career paths to try and plan out what that'll look like. Psych is pretty versatile but depending on what you wanna go into you might need a masters degree. Also try and join clubs that would give you experience! I'm in a club at DePaul where we go volunteer at a school and is actually what made me want to go into a career working with kids. It can be really overwhelming tryna figure out your career and ofc being in college in general, but take it one step at a time and you'll be good :) Lmk if you have more questions!
Hi! So the one thing I'll say first is I applied to DePaul and chose to not submit my SAT scores. I'm not sure how much it affects admission but my gpa was about a 3.5/3.6. I was also in a program called running start at my high school which meant I was a full time college student during my junior and senior year. So I think that would have been the biggest factor for me getting into DePaul. I was also in various clubs and volunteered. But the acceptance rate is about 70%, so not super difficult but a bit selective. Let me know if this helps and also feel free to dm me on insta @katelynfeinblatt if you have any other questions!
@@yuzukia Of course! I love DePaul and was definitely nervous about getting in but everything worked out and I’m positive you’ll find the right school for you! And also good luck! 😊
