    Well. Rent prices has gone frim 750 d a month to 2300 d a month in 20 years. You can buy a house for 2300 a month yes ?

    Do you get any buyers/sellers of condos at the Lawrence Park Condominiums at Rosewell Ave and Lawrence Ave (Major intersection: Avenue rd and Lawrence Ave)? Purely curious only because I use to work as security there and it is a great community.

    I don’t know where you got the information that rates will be going down. The recent announcement gave no hint of that, and the global economics related to our debt would not justify a rate cut anytime in the recent future.

      Bank economists. Looks like a July 0.25 cut is possible. If not then likely Sept.

    Come to America as long as your not a citizen everything here is free , housing, medical care, phones , transportation, even food .

      Great location, great developer. But very expensive compared to other options in the area.

      @@phoebelee555 most on the market right now are asking $1400-$1500 a sqft. It sold around $1,300 pre construction several years ago. In a few months, we’ll have enough comparable sales. It’s still very early. Lots of other great King West condos around $1,000-$1,100 a sqft.

    Canadian real estate needs a price correction. No one knows how Canadians able to generate so much wealth & injected trillions of $ into real estate. It is just a mystery. The only solution I see here is by abandoning USMCA & total seize of trade from the US. Next will be dominoes effect & house prices will be self corrected.

    The cost of real estate has been going down over the last decade for all of us bitcoin monetary system participants. It will continue to go down.
    Two perspectives exist and the fiat system perspective is not the only show in town. Fiat users live inside an illusion.

      What about Bitcoin is *not* fiat?!? USD, whether you like it or not, is backed by the taxation capacity of the US, not to mention the resources and brains located there. Tell me again how Bitcoin is backed?

    Lol, nothing supports prices, all speculators and investors. Debt is all time high, no jobs in the market, not sure who are these people , who can spend 2 mills just for a home.

      Almost all our buyers this year have been end users.
