The amount of money I would pay to see a live performance of Ironmouse singing Diva Plava Laguna's song is unbelievable. The Fifth Element is legit my favorite movie and Mousey providing the vocals for the best scene would be divine.
Seems to me, that the Mighty MOUSE, just needs to get her giggling under control.??..and get a proper chance to warm up first, and she is certainly going to be genuinely competition for the part.
@@Menuki there was someone on the like Russian or Ukrainian version of the voice that did a cover of it and holy shit it's batshit insane Edit I found it her name was Victoria Hovhanisyan
the moment, she started belting Ave Maria, I closed my eyes and a light came into them. It was actually my night lamp but the effect was pretty cool all the same coz the feels were immense. Mousey is so goddamn talented, omfg.
Holy shit this is one of the hardest fucking operas to sing and she almost hit those high notes perfectly WITH NO WARM UP WHAT COULD SHE DO USING 100% OF HER POWER??????
Her attempt at plavalaguna's opera was super green. Her Ave Maria was so much better than it was two years ago. I remembered how much she struggled that first time. She broke at the same place but she sung so much before that. Her growth makes me so proud.
I'm glad she knows how to do that one part that almost nobody can do in the cadenza of diva dance. Too many people try to connect the notes when you're meant to do that part individually rapid fire.
the people who say that the 5th Element opera is impossible probably read the book which says that the singer has multiple sets of vocal cords allowing her to sing more than one thing at a time but they didn't put that much effort into the movie
No I think they just read the UA-cam comments on videos of it. Everyone in the comments just says it’s impossible and then people casually believe it bc everyone’s saying it, so of course it’s true. Good luck finding anybody who even knows there’s a book.
The composer said it was impossible, the singer they hired exceeded their expectations doing about 90% of the song. They digitally patched the last bit of it.
My understanding is that the music required changing between vastly different pitches too quickly for most or all opera singers to be able to do. I recall that there was a woman who was able to sing it but IIRC she still had to slightly modify it from the movie version. That could be false I can't independently verify any of it, but I remember when the woman who was able to sing it was on Reddit and that was my impression from the comments.
I love Fifth Element, I know it would get screwed up somehow but I've always wanted a new movie or series in the same universe as Fifth Element but absolutely nothing to do with the original scene. Also the way that they made the opera singing sound so alien in Fifth Element is that they overlayed her voice over I believe
Oh! Queen of the Night aria! There's a Sandra Bullock movie called Miss Congeniality(2000) that involves a Ms. United States pageant. One of the pageant girls was singing an opera song. I never knew the name of the song she was singing until I watched this video.
.....holy shit. i understood what she sang. tbh opera is harder to understand anyway but the intonation is sufficient to grasp the german words. very impressive.
The fact that she has to imitate the voice of her Vtuber (Which is already so treble), it was 2 am at that moment, she is lying down while singing because of her CVID, she reached those high notes 90% right, it's actually so f**king impressive
6:55 it is pretty much impossible because of the way it was fabricated, since it is supposed to be sang by an alien. It's like making a piano piece for someone with 12 fingers. It is practically impossible to play it as intended.
I sing professionally and the fact that she busted out Die Zauberflöte with exactly zero warmup is SCARY IMPRESSIVE.
Yep =) She is very good singer =)
I know shes literally trained in opera but god damn its shocking every time
it's probably the sudden realization that her voice can reach even higher pitches
Not just opera, a coloratura soprano
@@Menuki Did she ever say if she is trained more on lyrical or dramatic role?
@@somethingofnovalue I don’t think she’s ever specified, but her choices seem to lean towards lyrical
Does her health allow her to leave the house? She has a complete lack of immunity.
Opera mouse is her anime superpower. It’s totally overpowered, but if she uses it too much it damages her health
They had to nerf somewhere or else it'll break the game.
She's like Black Canary or Black Bolt.
We can't all be maxed out in every stat. There's tradeoffs we all have to deal with. Or we'd all be unstoppable.
i want to see her retry queen of the night, considering she has improved

The song for the 5th Element is from an OLD (1600s) opera:Il dolce suono (the character singing is Lucia)
She's laughing a lot but she's nailing a lot of notes that I thought were impossible.
She is trained opera singer with very high voice, so this is not a surprise =)
Damn. You know that with better health and some practice she could totally nail that 5th Element opera bit.
I don't think she could hit the lows though, unless she is really Chris.
Sometimes I think when Mouse starts doing opera her parents just rush to the door so they can hear that hot fire as closely as possible.
She's sick and she's STILL doing that piece?? Of all pieces?? It's insane,,, Queen of the night aria,,,,
She chronically sick, so why not singing right now? Especially if this is giving you joy =)

I swear Mousey on a bad day with no warm up still puts 90% of the other v-tubers voices to shame.

She makes me laugh every time with the way she says Schubert at 8:54😄
I think the opera scene from The Fifth Element was what inspired her to start training in opera in the first place.
All I hear any time someone sings queen of the night aria is Bibble in Mermaidia
BIBBLE

"... she has to imitate the voice of her Vtuber ..." - What? She didn't imitate her voice =) It's her natural voice.
It's not really the high notes that are impressive. It's the amount of breath control she still has to do the staccato while being seriously ill

Someone from Norfolk in the UK can probably do the piano thing.
Or maybe not actually since the fingers would probably be webbed too.
