Hi Alisha, I have a doubt, could you please give me clarification, I am nurse from South India have 12+ yrs of experience in total, but current emergency department experience is only 2years. If I get selected in the interview for emergency department will they start giving salary for my whole experience? Which is 12years, or they will consider only this 2yeas emergency department experience??

One more doubt, I am working in a government hospital with 1170 bed capacity which is a teaching hospital, but it doesn't have JCI or NABH accreditation, am I eligible to get a job in HSE, because all the consultancies are asking for middle East experience or NABH or JCI accreditation. Please answer me.
Hi, they will consider your whole (12 years) experience. Usually, employers here prefers NABH, JCI but since your hospital has good bed strength they might consider you. Prepare well for the interview.

Just wondering, why you want to quit? If you want to go back, you can just quit the program and go back. If you want to stay here you need to look for a new employer before your Atypical Visa expires.
