"Boy With Luv" held the record for the song with the most music shows wins after the 2000s in South Korea with 21 wins , until the record was broken by "Dynamite".
On July 3, 2019, the Japanese version of the song was released as a double A-side single alongside an original Japanese track titled, "Lights".
