Close the Ally and dont use it that day then hold the fans and take a airdrier on "cold" mode and do like 2 sec intervals then let it be off like an hour. A lot of dust gets off :) If this is "damaging" please comment,Ive done this for years on all my devices with zero issues.
It's crucial that the fans don't run while blowing air into it, because if it does then it will create an electric current and can damage the board. But if you are holding the fan, then no problem or damage can be done.
Id recommend getting dentek gum brush. It is small enough to pick up dust between the fins!

Dont try this at home better remove fan and batery conector cable first before cleaning..
