DONT KNOCK BRADS CLAY MARBLE… lol When I was young and wanted my grandmother to buy me some marbles she said they cost to much, go over to the creek and get some clay and bring it back so I did and she showed me how to make clay marbles by cooking them in the oven. After they were done she said take them to school and win some real ones which I did. She’s been gone a number of years now but that little mention brought back a great memory. That hole definitely mattered in my book thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏻👊🏻
LOL the memory’s you just brought back for me my granny did about the same thing when I was a young lad Iam only 37 she thought 1.25 for 150 smalls and 2 aggies was outrageous so that’s how the clay ones came about for me at 4-5 years old and just about a week ago I showed my boy 5 years old how to bake his marbles lol now he has 2 leather sacks of marbles to play with his few little buddies I told him take all the fancy ones he can LOL 😂
I've been watching you for over a year, but have never commented. I'm in Laurel, MD. I really respect how you all work together to obtain permissions, and share, all for one. It's amazing how many colonial sites there are in Maryland. I recently worked at Pintail Point, on the Wye. Circa 1654. Hope to detect it in the spring. Will use your advise on finding original structure, but I think the late 18th century house sits on the old site. Anyway thanks, I really enjoy your vids.
Well, you got the gold mine and the rest got the shaft on that hunt. You just were in the right spot at the right time. At least the coppers weren't totally toasted. Good job, thanks!
I’ve been following y’all for a few years now and I am so happy that your channel is rapidly approaching 100K subs!! With the quality content you provide us spectators y’all ABSOLUTELY deserve it!! Keep it up Hoover Boys! 🥰
Quick tip for Brad or any other detectorist that's hard on their pinpointer if you take a piece of 1 in shrink tube and shrink it on the end and crimp it, it helps the durability!!
You put your all into these videos. It awesome of you to do it so we get the most out of your hunts. Glad the coppers were so plentyfull. God bless you all. N C
You guys are fun to watch thank brad for coming out and I missed saying hello to bill glad to see him would make the best video to see all the hoover boys in one video together but thank you Kirk for you hard work and great videos your all the best only tube group I seen all videos if you can make them I will watch thanks guys
Took a leaf out of your book dig everything. 900 holes this week boys. Chunks of silver and lead, 303 ammunition lots of moderns. Point is 850 bits of trash. Nice vid boys cheered me up.
Thanks for eating lunch at Wawa! Supporting my retirement and my metal detecting addiction, lol. Awesome finds, wish I had farms in my neck of the woods.
You all have so much fun digging and the friendships are terrific. Congrats on all your finds, yes, including the trash. lol Happy hunting and eat your lunch
Nice digs, Kurt! I've been detecting long enough to know when someone is frustrated when you are hogging all the goodies - you become a leper to them. When you're hot, you're hot, though. Cause you know you are going to be on the other end soon.
Thanks to these videos and quarter hoarder videos, I've decided to start collecting buttons. I woulda never thought of it before.....but now, theyre freakin awesome! 😃. Thanks guys.
Great hunt with lots of cool finds. Sadly I don't have much to report this week. I found a 1955 Rosie. I also took up silversmithing to make spoons and other cool stuff. Anyways looking forward to the next hunt. Good luck and its been a pleasure as always to see you guys having fun out there.
Awesome video, HB. I cracked open a Zombie Dust to watch. You guys are excellent detectorists and entertainers. I like farm fields, too. Don't have to be so careful digging the plug. Keep Digging, guys!
I love those flying eagles just as much as the Dubbed B-Rad farts. You guys looked tired, but it looked like you had fun. Thanks for sharing your adventure. 😀
I need to make my first go out from when I returned from family Thanksgiving at my sister's house in Sacramento. A neat small house she bought from the people whom built it 1949-50. Fruitridge area. Bike trouble, it's fixed so I'll go to my WWII ghetto. I scouted Town, and my Kakaako area is closed out for good.. It's Wednesday, and I went out. Best prize is a silver WWI era sharpshooter pin and pendant cross. The Islands were lately lashed with rain, and a big pile of unsifted material had a small Maltese cross. As I sifted while digging I found the bar "Sharpshooter" with a functional pin back. The cross is marked "Robbins Co. Attleboro Mass.". The connector loop is long gone. I found a 1940 Cent and a 5 oz. or so Hazel Atlas tumbler.
Excellent finds ya coin hog! You guys always make my wednesdays more exciting and boost my inspiration to dig. Just pulled up a 1797 draped bust half dime on video! Thanks for the inspiration
Awesome as always,, you guys make me smile again, please do not ever stop making the very best UA-cam content. Good luck for the next dig,, gold soon I can feel it,,, 1800's gold half dollar I bet :)
Congrats on the Eagle! I'm still looking for my first. I pulled a 1859 IHP from my own yard. It had an old school house on it in 1850. I know my flying eagle is in that yard somewhere... Thanks for sharing
IMHO, the Sal Vet watch fob was the coolest item, worm destroyer, good for all livestock. It's great to see fresh finds, man you've been rallying these hunts for a lot of years and always provide great content. Good on ya'. Everybody Like, subscribe, and show everyone you know this channel.
If possible you should show the reactions of the farmers when they see all the trash and junk and treasure pulled from the farm fields. Nice clean up job guys!!
Its different seeing Muck swinging a max and B-rad swinging a NOX. Nice finds guys, wish we had colonial stuff here but it was a few years before they made it to Illinois. Still have old stuff just not colonial old.

Wicked awesome stuff boys! I got a reigns guide today that was attached to the implements, never seen one mounted. Sure love those buttons. Congrats on the flying eagle, only one I ever found was rough!
Some nice Finds! I bet the snake coil in that iron patch would have a chance at pulling some silver out! Kool Flying Eagle! I haven't found one of those yet either! Great Vidayoo!

I used to sell old clay marbles for 5 to 7 each.
