Im not sure how many requests you take but for this technique i think a face massage role play the gloves and lotion wud go hand in hand cuz ik some people can only get asmr if its a roleplayand it might be fun to do roleplay too cuz ur very good at them
Random questions, but do you ever get nervous someone's going to recognize you or are you pretty confident nobody will given how little people watch ASMR (compared to other things) and the fact that you don't show your face? Also, do any friends/family know you do this? Just wondering. :) Great video!

have you observed people with depression using ASMR to help them? I hear ASMR helps with reducing stress..and anxiety .. but i have not heard about depression.. but i imagine that it can help.. at least indirectly.
+fastASMR I am glad to hear that.. I think that is about all the preliminary research needed.. I think therapist could learn about ASMR and suggest it to patients.
an easy way to fix your glove problem ( i found ) is to pull the wrist back and blow air into it i have to do this a ton at work when i use rubber gloves :D
