    Can you do a video about how to set up the yama for different cooks? How much charcoal, coal placement, direct/indirect cooking, how much for long smokes

      You should be able to hold your hands at the cooking level for 3 or 4 seconds

    Very good concept... sometimes I just make a fire and find a stick to jab so red meat and act like a caveman. But this looks very useful and easy to feed a hunger many have.
