    Smoky Beef Karahi
    Ingredients:
    Beef 700 gms
    Onion (sliced) 1 cups
    Tomato (sliced) 1/2 cup
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
    Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
    Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
    Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
    Yogurt 2-3tbsp
    Water 4 cups + 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Heated coal pieces (1-2)
    Oil (for smoke) 1 tsp
    Ginger (julienne) for garnishing
    Green chilies (sliced) for garnishing
    Directions:
    1. In a preheated pan add meat, onion, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and 4 cups of water. Bring it to a boil. Cover and cook for 30-35 mins.
    2. Add oil, yogurt and mix it well. Add 1/2 cup of water and mix it again. Add 1/2 cup of water again and cook until beef is fully done.
    3. Place heated coal pieces in aluminum in the center and drizzle oil on them. Cover and smoke for 1-2 mins.
    4. Your Smoky Beef Karahi is ready. Garnish it with ginger and green chilies. Serve and enjoy.
