Hi Starla, I sell digital products. Recently Etsy has been picking up my new listings as “missing” a return policy as if I was selling physical goods. Been talking to them for a week and all they can tell me is “save any new listings as a draft then publish with your own return policy selected”. But everybody knows there’s no way to select any other return policies since digital products policy is preset by Etsy. Frustrating. Do you have any insights on this?
Unfortunately I know just as much as everyone else, which isn't much. Until more information becomes universally available (not even Etsy seems to know how to handle GPSR), all I can recommend is that sellers disable shipping to the EU temporarily. I wish I had more information but no one really seems to know what to do yet.
That depends on what you mean. I have tons of videos addressing the many issues with Etsy. I also lead a major movement against Etsy last year called #KeepEtsyHuman.

I'd like to see them add the column "# of items in the shop" for the top sellers on etsy page. I want to see the top shops with the least amount of items.

They do. Mostly complaining with no solutions. What frustrates me about Etsy is the re-sellers! It is out of control.
