Why did u prefer product based company besides the reason that your first company was product based. How did you apply to other companies when you decided to switch. Any job site or through reference
work culture depends on company not on product based or service based. i like product based because product based company has stable product that you work. you don't have to wait on bench till you get project. also product based company offers more balanced work life. salary comparatively higher than service. This is my first switch so I just changed my LinkedIn and nokari profile to looking for job.
