Damn your UI looks great. I'm trying to find addons to make it not look terrible. On my widescreen 2k monitor it looks pretty bad.
PF Ui might be able to help you with that, it's hyper customizable.

is tauren better than troll for elemental shaman? orc for enhance ofc but the spirit link from tauren is more like a healer spell?
Troll is definitely best. I didn't pick my race to mid/max just a fun flavor. I think you're right, spirit link is more geared for healers, i barely use it unless my Guild leader specifically asks for it.
