Guptaji as per my experience at apple service centre they asking for valid bill for imported phone else they won’t repair even under warranty what a bummer. I’m using the same A2111 US variant model imported from UAE.
Dear sir i would like to inform you that nowadays the way they refurbish the iphone its hard to catch and even 3u tools unable to detect that parts that its replaced or not cuz they are using far advance machines.
If your iphone from mobilegoo has a tempered glass than please remove and check. I ordered iphone xr with flawless condition. On their website they say flawless will have 2-3 scratches. I removed the tempered glass today and it was glued on there. Took my full strength to remove the glass. So after removing the tempered glass, there was a plastic layer. So i removed that. And O my God. My screen was full of scratches, full of swirls and deep scratches too. What these people do is put a PPF(paint protection film) layer i.e the clear wrap u get for bikes, and on top of that they put the tempered glass. The ppf layer/lamination covers the scratches and dont show up on tempered glass. You will find ur tempered glass scratch free but after u remove, you'll see their dirty secrets. My phone is worse than good certified. I messaged them, mostly thyll blame the customer or say cant do anything since its been a month today. Becareful guys.
