    I like the philosophy of 3 training days to supplement your martial arts practice/study. I would make a full “Willow Week” of programming with a blend of this and your martial arts content, like kicking combos, seminars on UA-cam, stretching videos, etc. I would also like to be Willow strong like you… or a close approximation. 😂

      You know what? That's exactly what I did in the app, on 'off days' from the Strength and conditioning sessions I put flexibility routines, heavy bag workouts, seminars and other videos I have - for those who don't have martial arts classes already. Funny we thought the same thing haha

      @@BruceWillow That sounds great! I just recently got the ability to hang my heavy bag in our garage again. I would love some structured heavy bag workouts to add to this!
