I'm walking this path, encountering everything these videos discuss. My connection is with God, specifically through Jesus.
I grappled with this, questioning how those unfamiliar with God could truly experience Him. The response I received conveyed His vastness, explaining that everyone can find facets of Him, but true knowing comes from surrendering to Jesus Christ.
It goes beyond this. Without knowing Jesus, you only grasp a fraction of the whole picture. The idea in the video suggesting you don't need an external savior may lead you astray. Just something to reflect upon.

Can you shed some light why during spiritual journey do we get physical changes like high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer,...etc. R they permanent or do they go away?

No way?? I lost 70lbs to get healthier and have been on a spiritual journey ever since. 4 years later I all of a sudden have insulin resistance and thyroid problems after trying to do better for myself. I need to look further into that!
