Oh boy you two bring on the dessert. My husband is going to love these and I also. I don’t know how the two of us are going to be able to control ourselves with limiting the daily intake. Sweets are a big LOVE/HATE relationship in our home. I guess I will have to share with the neighbors! Cheers ❤️
🤣🤣🤣Keep them in the freezer...out of sight...out of mind! Lol. I have one treat every afternoon with a coffee. It helps my mind know I am in control and not having to deprive myself. My husband and my daughter on the other hand have more than me but, they don't need to lose weight and are just maintaining so they are okay to do so. we so hope you make them and love them as much as we do! 😍
Lolol We love being crazy! The brand in this video is Al-RaBih, however there are several brands that are good and the way you can tell is if you shake the bottle and you can hear and feel it shaking like liquid then it's good. A jar of peanut butter is thick and you wouldn't be able to feel the liquid if you shook it, so if you can shake it and feel liquid you know you have a good tahini. Nice and "liquidy" is what you want, even though that's not a legit word. lol :)
Oh Nancy that's a fantastic idea! We will definitely try this next time we make them. Thank you for suggesting that. Let us know if you try them at home. We would love to hear from you!
Hmmm, these look nice. Have you ever tried dried plums in dark chocolate, with a sprinkle of hot chili peppers? And, try making your own tahini and peanut butter; I do it always, it's so easy to make them, and you know what you've put in it... so, give it a try :) Love you guys, great energy, and ugly cats 😂, and you love them - now that's unconditional love, a perfect combo!
Oh wow, we have never tried the dried plums version. My husband would love them and we will have to try for sure. Thank you for sharing. We have made our own nuts butter and the only reason I have been buying them at the store is where we are living right now it's cheaper to do so then buying the seeds and nuts separately and making it yourself. Until we fid a cheaper place to buy seeds and peanuts in bulk I will buy the ones pre made from the stores as I like saving money. lol And yes...our ugly cats...lolol they our our babies and they are, as my mom always says" so homely they are cute"... They are spoiled too!! :)
@@NeedNeverGetOld Hahaha, I love animals, and I have a cat too. Mine is crazy 😂. I believe I understand your mother's words, although I'm not native speaker, its sooo true, lol. Here is much cheaper to make your own nuts-things, and I love my money, I'm not giving it away so easy, lol. But you know, that saved me when I lost job - I had some savings and I know how to cook and how to find good and cheap ingredients. Oh, btw, I tried the M dish, it's great!😃 I cooked it today, for my lunch, but have not used tomatos - they are not in season, so they're expensive now. I used onions and paprika cooked for 2 minutes in water+honey+white vinegar. It's delicious, thank you for sharing this recipe! 💗
I am loving your recipes, and I really enjoy watching the two of you cook! You make healthy fun!
Awe thank you Lorie! We love hearing comments like this. Have you made one of our recipes yet? We do love having fun in the kitchen for sure! 🥰
