i don’t think cthulhu is that great, late game he falls off so hard against anyone with quins
What ranked are you? I'm stuck between gold 2 and platinum. So when I see him picked more in Platinum ranked he seems to just do insane damage and sustain. But I can't recall having any hunters with qins during those games honestly.
