From what I see .. Hermes official site delivers to UAE address.. you could use shopnship UAE warehouse address to save on shipping to Qatar.. as it's cheaper rates per kilo from UAE than USA or EU countries

what will i do ARAMEX stated that i need to update my address they cant locate it. but my address is correct .. now my package is still with them. they dont have branches here in israel only in Palestine.
Download the Aramex app on your mobile.. sign in... Search and Add the Tracking number of package (if package not already shown in your account)... Then you'll see option to have it delivered or collected.. choose delivery.. then use the map pointer to mark your address.. After all that you would receive the package in a day or two
Other important things to consider : 1. DHL charges for volume weight while connected & shop n ship charges for actual weight. 2. DHL US address is tax free. Others not. Tried DHL last week. Saved $7 on tax but had to pay $55 more compared to S&S Flex because of volume weight calculation. So lost $48. My conclusion : expensive but low weight / small size items - DHL Others - Aramex
There are some services that do provide forwarding directly from Netherlands.. but none of these trusted ones do... However, it's most likely that the Netherlands site you buying from, ships to a neighboring European country.. so you could use any of these to ship to one of their European or UK address

However, Aramex's shopandship has an Indian address, you could use that to shop from Amazon India then have it shipped here.. however I'd suggest you buy something of low cost as a trial run to see it actually gets delivered before you get the stuff you really want

Well if u are buying the steamdeck from steam online store you'll need a US account linked to a US address and card to be able to buy it and have it shipped.. I can't confirm you will be able to change the delivery address (during purchase) to any of the courier forwarding address as I don't have a US Steam account to try it out.. However a easy work around would be that if you have a relative or a trusted friend in the US.. you could ask them to buy it and then once they receive it have them (your relative/friend) to mail the steamdeck to one of your selected courier forwarding address.. Just as additional info for u.. yes you can ship product with internal batteries in it from the US using any of the courier forwarders.. If you plan on using dhleasyshop.. there is a 25% discount on the shipping charge if you use the code FAN25 .. I believe it will be valid till 18th December 2022

Yeah without a us card u can't even make an order on official steam store... However you could do the purchase on Stockx.com.. with shipping directly to Qatar.. kinda safe but still has its risks
