I was in the US Navy and I was a firefighter on an aircraft carrier. My friends and I were in a very big explosion and I lost those 3 friends and 8 others were injured. One of my friends died in my arms. Its easier said than done to try not to think of them daily. What I try to do is live my days to the maximum because they gave up the rest of theirs for me. And I will do everything in my power to live on for him. But still, I wish he would come home.
