BRUNSWICK, Maine -- Sophomore Harrison Dow and senior Nick Edwards-Levin earned All-NESCAC honors, leading the Amherst College men's cross country team to a runner-up finish at the NESCAC Championships on Saturday hosted by Bowdoin College.
The Mammoths placed four runners in the top 20 to tally 77 points and repeat as the runner-up to Williams, who narrowly claimed the title with 76 points behind individual champion Charles Namiot.
Harrison Dow and Nick Edwards-Levin both collected All-NESCAC First Team honors for finishing among the top seven finishers. Runners who finished among the top 14 earned All-NESCAC Second Team honors.
The Mammoths, ranked 17th in the nation and third in the Mideast Region according to the latest USTFCCCA Division III poll, return to action in two weeks at the NCAA Mideast Regional Championship on Saturday, November 16 at Harkness Memorial State Park in Waterford, Conn., where the winning team will punch a ticket to the NCAA Division III National Championships.

MAMMOTH SCORING RUNNERS:
Sophomore Harrison Dow earned his second consecutive All-NESCAC honors, placing fourth overall producing a time of 24:53.0.
Senior Nick Edwards-Levin also collected his second consecutive All-NESCAC honors with a seventh-place overall finish registering a time of 24:59.0.
Sophomore Stan Craig crossed the line in 17th place posting a time of 25:13.8.
Junior Henry Dennen placed 19th overall notching a time of 25:17.5.
Junior Aidan Gemme was the fifth Mammoth to cross the line placing 30th overall with a time of 25:31.8.
