What about during the Wild Card round game between the Vikings and the Packers some years ago? The Packers receivers were running a slant, and one stops short and turns towards Brett Farve, while the defender kept going. Farve, thinking his guy was going to keep going, threw the ball to where he would be, and the only one there was a Viking defender, who grabbed the ball Farve even signaled to his guy afterwards that he thought he was going to keep running on the slant.
