Someone is impersonating my email. I received a spam email and in my surprise he is also using my email address. We have the same email. If I put my own email address on that spoofed senders. Will it cause a problem?
Do this ..Security portal> Policies and rules > threat policies > Anti phishing > Office365 AntiPhish Default (Default). in that window look for "User impersonation protection".. there you add yourself ..also block the IP from where that email is generating
@@MarkAdrian-gk8fj i think your current license is not allowing you. .now you have option to block the sender from spoofed senders. you can use one trick open Spoof Intelligence Insight. see how to open the portal. ua-cam.com/video/NIdOms7F6TQ/v-deo.html and there you will see that if it already allowed or blocked. you can take take action from there.. Or you need to create spoofed entry manually for that sender.
Explanation is on point!
Amazing explanation! Thanks!!!
