Tips on Storing Ground Beef

The price of food is going up. Let's just face it & not panic! There are still deals to be had. If you have been following me for any length of time, you know I shop to stock my pantry and freezer. I make meals centered around what I have and may need to use up (Brussels Sprouts this week). Plus what Michael would like to eat (normally he says, whatever needs to be used up)! I only shop sales and those few items we need every week...milk, Michael's Little Debbie's Snack Cakes (did I marry an elementary schooler??!!), bananas (or some fruit), fresh veggies (on sale & in season). Here is my tip for storing/buying ground beef. What tips do you have?
