Very very unfortunate if what Mr. Anamalai is talking about Dr. Tharoor is true that he missed the prestigious post of becoming the Secretary General of UNO due to lack of support from the Government of India at the time. He was definitely the deserving candidate. Hard luck. It was not in his destiny in spite of his extraordinary talent and intellectual capabilities.
