If the translation is right
This is really 'interesting' way of doing RC
Reducing some of the saint's strength to add different tools to their kit wouldn't be so strange if this wasn't a gacha (but this a gacha with PvP so It makes the changes be even more dividing as if they were overall, good or bad)
All i know is that i will laugh at Tencent if this RC becomes a flop🤣

I think it's a nerf what's the point of doing more basic attack if you'll die faster.

It's gonna make her better for stall type teams that are already tanky. Seems like she'll be worse with teams that are squishier
