    In this video, I’ll show you how to make a quick and easy Mutton Pulao, a flavorful one-pot meal that's perfect for lunch or dinner. This Mutton Pulao recipe is simple, delicious, and packed with aromatic spices and tender mutton pieces. Even if you're a beginner in the kitchen, this step-by-step guide will help you cook the perfect pulao every time!
    #Ingredients:
    - 500g mutton (cut into pieces)
    - 2 cups basmati rice (soaked for 30 minutes)
    - 3-4 tbsp ghee or oil
    - 1 large onions (thinly sliced)
    - 3 medium tomatoes (chopped)
    - 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste along with Green chilli's
    - 3-4 green chilies (slit)
    - 1 tsp cumin seeds
    - 4-5 cloves
    - 2-3 black cardamoms
    - 1-inch cinnamon stick
    - 1 tsp black peppercorns
    - 1. Tsp crush red chilli
    - 1 tsp garam masala powder
    - 1 tsp black paper powder
    - Salt (to taste)
    - Fresh coriander and mint leaves (chopped)
    - 4 cups water
    #Instructions:
    *Cook the Mutton:*
    - In a pressure cooker, Add sliced onions. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    - Add mutton pieces and cook on high heat until the meat is tender. Set aside.
    *Prepare the Pulao:*
    - In a large pan or pot, heat the oil or ghee. Add cumin seeds, cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon stick, and peppercorns.
    - Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
    - Add the cooked meat to the pan and fry it for a few minutes until it is slightly golden. remove the meat from the pan and set it aside for later use.
    - Add chopped tomatoes, grind green chilies, Ginger garlic paste, crushed red chilli, salt,
    - Cover the pan and cook until the tomatoes become soft.
    - Uncover the mixture until it is well-cooked and the oil starts separate .
    - Add 4 cups of water.
    - Add rice, garam masala powder, and black paper.
    - Cover the pot and cook on medium heat until the rice is fully cooked and water is absorbed (about 15-20 minutes).
    - Add food color fresh coriander and mint leaves alone with Green chilli
    - Let it rest dum for 5 minutes.
    *Serve:*
    - Serve hot with raita, salad, or a side of your choice.
