All this guy does is skate the length of the rink and do a 3-4 jump. No relationship I can detect between music and movement. Simply a litle background to accompany his jumping.

You are right. This performance reminds me of Boyang Jin, good jumper but not enough connection with the music. But Im glad that Yuzuru Hanyu has improved a lot in his artistry and now is the best of the best.
but even his transitions here are better than Boyang Jin though and he moves with the music. I think what he really lacks is stamina you can see him gasping for air while skating like his having an asthma attack.
