You got lucky! I seen many people not being happy with their quality of roses delivered. They look as if they were taken out of a dumpster

I have seen those as well in various FB rose groups. Somehow, I got a notification that the other 2 roses would be shipped, although I requested a refund. So, I will see what actually happens.

I'm one of those unhappy ones. Their customer service is awful. The roses I bought were for autumn delivery but they sent a blast email encouraging the buyers for a spring delivery since they will be taking care of my roses in their new greenhouse. Then I get a message that the roses I ordered were impacted. What happened to that promise that my roses are being taken cared of in their greenhouse? You give them your trust but they utterly fail you especially a small customer like me. Yes they were offering replacements but the ok ones I ordered were their exclusives & the replacements provided were just regular roses. How is that fair ? Their customer service department is so eager to suggest for a refund so they can get rid of another customer order and solve their issues.
