Well if nobody else is going to leave a positive comment, I will... my school is producing Fools this coming November, and I was cast as Sophia, so I wanted to get an idea of the running of the production. This company clearly worked very hard on the costumes and sets and overall presentation of this play. and it showed. This was impressive. Lenya, the doctor, Count Yousekevitch, and obviously Leon were my favorites. I don't get why these comments are so negative, you clearly worked very hard to make this a production worth seeing, especially for a high school company (because let's face it... some high school productions are downright painful.) It was a joy to watch, and you are all obviously very talented and passionate about theatre and putting on a worthy production. Keep doing what you're doing :)

My school is about to do this play. Can you tell me about the audition material so I can prepare? Is there a specific part in the script they had you cold read?

You can definitely tell they worked hard on these parts (maybe were a bit to loud in times they didn't need to be) however blocking was excellent and leon was very good (maybe he should cheat out a little more) but in the end a very well rehearsed and directed play

Nice performance but I hope my school does it better when we get the chance ;D
Seriously though, posting this well performed play really helps future schools use it as a model to follow, and even try to surpass said model, THANKS

you know this was interesting to watch as played snetsky for a course . it was interesting to see their take on the characters Snetsky. I feel like they needed a little more direction it felt to much like they were "trying" to force the jokes. as an example for snetsky when it came for his private thought I did it as he was very angry a this guys not better than me I can do it to.

Very good recall of the lines but some it is overdramatized and it doesn't seem like the lines spoken by certain characters land on their scene partners. That might be due to poor direction and a tendency for it be too rushed at times.
