Bakit sa pinas napakatagal matapos ang bahay? Compare to singapore,thailand,japan,even in the usa madali matapos ang construction ng bahay.
Reasons could be the land acquisition matagal ang paperworks, plans need to be evaluated and planned really well before they get approved. One that I have encountered is kickbacks from the construction company itself. (e.g workers)
@@mariebiscuwit true. Also hilig talaga tayo sa peteks2 at in terms of construction technology and techniques behind tayo. Example na jan ang tile setting.
