You are the truest of artists. You explain your craft so wonderfully and with out judgement of levels of makers out here watching you. The tips and tricks (not hacks) you share are invaluable to the exhausted moms who try and find a few hours to escape-in-the-make. It's beautiful to watch you create and share how to just go rando and trust your gut. "Who cares?". Thanks Tim and Mario for all you do!
I'm 56 years old, I've been crafting my entire life, and I'm JUST NOW finding out that a glitter duster is a thing?!? THE HORROR! The important thing is that I know now and it's been ordered so everybody can calm down. Thank you so much, Tim and Mario, for the wonderful Hoopla. SO MUCH FUN!!!
WooHoo Hoopla. Just finished both on Sunday. I made lots of notes, took pics of TV and made verbal notes in my voicemail text. Thanks for all the inspo Tim and Mario. Sorry I missed the live, I was junkin & Lunchin with a friend❤ Congrats to the winners.❤❤❤
I've been a TH product fan since probably 2008. I met him (or rather had my picture taken with him) back in the day at ScrapFest in Minnesota. Not only do I love his products, but he's quirky, spreads kindness, and seems to be just a genuinely decent human. He reminds me all the time that my makes don't have to be perfect and that compartmentalize making is a thing. LOL! I'm hopeful that before he retires, he will have in-person classes. Thank you, Tim for designing top-notch products and for educating me through the years. And yes, Mario, love him!! His quirkiness, fun, and organization he brings to the videos are superb! You two are perfect!
Tim, Your explanations and demonstrations are THE BEST. So clear, educational and the technical facts are so very digestible and make it so easy to share then with others when we gloriously play with the products and spread the Joy with other Creators. Such FUN ! Hands on and Heart felt - keep 'em coming.
Have just caught up with the Halloween Hoopla fun. Thank you so much for the replays! It’s great to be reminded about older techniques that we haven’t used for a good few years. Off to see if I can locate my jar of sticky embossing powder!! 🤷♀️
I am watching after but I have ordered the fancy bottle of glitter and more mica stains. So happy for the Hoopla for Halloween and for Christmas! You and Mario are the best
As per usual, a great inspirational video and love your happy vibe, but finally found another human with an aversion to popsicle sticks. Amen! I just can’t. And now I know that I’m not the only one! Thanks, Tim. You’re so upfront and relatable every day!
So many great tips and tricks, rewatching again, glittering all the things! All the gorgeous colours of rock candy glitter, amazing! Loved seeing the confections glittered and oh my, those the candy corn trees, so good! Thanks for all the inspiration xoxo 😊
I love it, I have the brain that keeps going and going, if I stop, I forget what the heck I was doin, because I’m on to the net project already. So glad I’m not loosing my mind. Ty Tim, very helpful bucket idea for each project.
Just a fun side thing, I'm Swedish and we have a word HOPPLA. And that means opsie. So when i saw hoopla I reacted like what is going on!!! Great demo, thnx! Hugs from a swede 🇸🇪
I loved all these juicy gems. I need to hear things a few times for sure. The new label for rock candy is awesome. I think you should make a whole set of vintage label stamps for everyday items.
Loved this so much. I'm not a fan of glitter BUT I so want to try some of those projects 😍 Need mini lights for a project too. Love this style of videos, mix n match style.
Not necessarily. There are many factors to consider including colors used (dark vs light), surface used (synthetic paper, canvas, etc), type of light (sunlight, florescent, etc) and whether or not the work was sealed (UV sealant, etc).
I wish I knew what was going on with that wood aversion. I have that. I have eaten popsicles because I am okay with putting the paper on the stick. You should have seen the fun my kids had with this when they figured out they could make me squirm. 😢

I got it a few months ago but ended up not using it because I couldn't figure out how it worked. I'm so glad Tim demoed it.
😂❤
The Rock candy label is everythingggg!!!! I LOVE IT! You should do more vintage typography labels like that 😍😍😍
Exactly!!
Such a cool way to display supplies in a Holtz-ified craft room.❤❤
Vintage decor gives me life.

I absolutely enjoy watching these videos. I learn so much every time! Great ideas to use on my videos 😄😄
Hi. Watching the replay from Wisconsin. So excited!
So glad you discussed the sticky embossing powder b/c I’ve been looking for it and couldn’t find it. Thanks for giving us an alternative.
Wouldn't it be great if we could buy a bunch of those Rock Candy labels? Those are awesome. ❤❤
This is so awesome. I have been trying to collect rock candy when available to have a color make session. This could not be more perfect!!!!
I loved all these juicy gems. I need to hear things a few times for sure. The new label for rock candy is awesome. I think you should make a whole set of vintage label stamps for everyday items.
Thanks now fell more comfortable with the glittery bits 🤩🤩🤩🎉🎉🎉🥰🥰🥰
We love you, Tim and Mario! ❤
You guys make me smile!
Thanks Ranger!!!

Awesome Halloween Hoopla Tim and Mario, loved it lots of hints and tips as always, and a great product surprise xx Roll on for part 2
Thank you and Mario for this fun video! I will be looking for the Rock Candy new jar!
Just ordered the big jar of rock candy! Can't wait to get it!! Today was fun.
Learned so much thank you 😊
Oh, Mario! So funny! I laughed out loud! 🎃
I love the bottle…or and the Rock Candy🙃❤️😊
The rock candy label is very very cool! 😍
Raise your hand if you bought the bottle just because of the label. 🙋🏻♀️
And also because I need 47 jars of glitter since 46 CLEARLY wasn't enough!
Yay, part 2!🎃💀👻💚🧡💜
Visions of glitter dancing in my head🥰👁
💗💗💗
Omg! Yes! I hate popsicle sticks. I hate the way the feel in my hands. I won’t eat a popsicle because of the stick. I thought it was just me!
Yes, Tim, you’re right. The word “hacks” is over-used on UA-cam.
Question, I want to glitter the Santa beard from one of your dies. What would be the best way to glitter on cardstock? What adhesive should I use?
I shared several adhesives to use for glitter, all will work for what you're wanting to do.
@@timholtz thanks so very much. I love your Saturday videos and am learning tons.
Since alcohol ink isn't light fast, won't the colors fade with consistent exposure to light?
Not necessarily. There are many factors to consider including colors used (dark vs light), surface used (synthetic paper, canvas, etc), type of light (sunlight, florescent, etc) and whether or not the work was sealed (UV sealant, etc).
Can you color the Rock Candy Glitter with Copic Marker Reinkers? *Ü*
Since they are solvent based it should work. Try it.
New Tim Holtz video out.
Me: love all of his products and can’t click on it fast enough due to FOMO❤
My bank account: DON’T WATCH THE VIDEO 😂
Rock candy glitter limited edition, your bargain was not to ask for it again 😂
Gotta do what I gotta do.
I wish I knew what was going on with that wood aversion. I have that. I have eaten popsicles because I am okay with putting the paper on the stick. You should have seen the fun my kids had with this when they figured out they could make me squirm. 😢
I have Rock Candy!!!
ha - "hello captain obvious" (lol)
Dismount😂
I thought I was the only one with a thing about popsicle sticks. I can't explain it but it makes me want to puke.
