      For gaining weight yoga isn't enough..go for strength training or resistance training or else do full.body workouts focusing on muscle groups.The main aim is to damage the muscle and eat in calorie surplus with sufficient macros and the muscle has no choice than to grow since you damaged it.this is how you grow muscle mass and gain weight!yoga is for flexibility but not enough for damaging muscle and gaining.
      Add 1 glass whole milk ,1 banana or mango,1 tbsp flax seeds,1 tbsp peanut butter,1tbsp honey..grind it to a thick consistency..and your high calorie nutritious smoothie is ready!

    I’m grateful to have found you!
    I’ve been through test upon test and they the my GP think I have constipation but I know it’s not that!
    All bloodwork is good.
    Pancreas liver gallbladder spleen all show good on CT scan with contrast.
    My symptoms: Lost 11 lbs in 3 months ( not trying) pain upper right quadrant,
    for many years on and off, belching, sour taste, fullness, burn in throat, feels like I’m full after starting to eat.
    I’m so tired of belching and the pain!!
    I think it’s either acid reflux, indigestion or peptic ulcer...🤦🏼‍♀️🤷‍♀️. I’m so discouraged.
    I just dont know what to do anymore!
    Who do I see for help?

    Madam good video...but the jaggery shown in the video is yellow in colour which indicates a high sulphur content. We need to prefer organic jaggery.

    Mam.. how about mishri..? Can this be used as a replacement for sugar? The things that you have mentioned are mostly of hot effect(in hindi we call as "garam taseer") but mishri is said to have cold effect(in hindi called as thandi taseer). Actually all these hot effect sugar substitutes doesn't suit me so was curious to know if mishri can be used?
