You can't compare Jessica to Taeyeon and Tiffany, they have completely different styles, but there's just something about her voice, it's different. Soothing. 1 year later and it still makes me want to listen to her, especially this song. Besides being freaking beautiful (dead just looking at her) Jessica was emotionally connected here.
Jessica's transitions are always so smooth. And Im pretty sure she's the highest soprano outta the girls. She might not have the strongest voice, but her skill is definitely there.
I'm siding with Jessica. For all those people who say she was "abandoning SNSD", I get it, but at the same time I beg to differ. The girls are almost all in their mid-20s, they've been around for 7 years, and they've accomplished things other Kpop groups could only dream of accomplishing. But like it or not, SNSD isn't going to last forever. They have to start thinking about their futures after the group gets completely inactive altogether. Yuri herself stated that she's scared for her future because she doesn't know what she'll do when SNSD only becomes a memory. I think Jessica realized this, and she was smart to start this business now so she can really get a hang of how things work in the fashion industry. She can't be a girl group member forever, but she can be a fashion designer for as long as she wants. Call her selfish for wanting to leave, but I call it planning ahead. Besides, Jessica never wanted to leave SNSD this early. I'm sure she and the the other girls knew she would leave after another album or two (which is why she decided to renew her contract), but things just really didn't work out between them. I'm positive that if Jessica was planned to leave, then all the girls would've wanted her to leave gracefully without any further drama (I hate saying this but similar to Zayn leaving 1D), but unfortunately the circumstances were just too much for all of them to handle. Even if the group disbands it's not like their friendship will (although it makes me sad that 7+ years of friendship went down the drain just like that). Like many others I do wish Jessica had stayed and they could've figured out a better way to work things out, but I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. You can be on either side of this situation, but my supports will mostly go to Jessica because she's been my ultimate bias for 4 years and she's still the same girl I loved and adored since day 1. Much love to you Sica, and know that even if some people leave your side, your true fans will always be here to support you in everything you do and accomplish. xx

Raye Ann Abante If she was really selfish and abandoned SNSD, then she does not even need to renew contract with SM last year. This is very contradictory to what SM's accusing her. SM was doing all sorts of things to make her look bad in front of other ppl. No matter whether the members really kicked them out or not, it is true that they have not done anything to save her in the group. The sister bond is so weak and easily broken. She is definitely my bias because i would not know SNSD if it wasnt her. She was now being abandoned by SNSD/SM which makes more sense after signing the 3-years contract with SM, and now she got held up by SM and she couldn't do anything on her entertainment career!

First, she's obviously singing about someone who doesn't appreciate her beauty, talents, and charm. I mean, who in their right mind, couldn't fall in love with her? Second, her sister is such a wonderful pianist, not to mention a great kpop star herself. Gifts and talents certainly run in this family! ^^
Franklin Sone The hell? The girls were the ones that told Jessica to leave. Obviously not for no reason, as I think that the girls didn't think things could work out (although I beg to differ), but it may have been a blessing in diguise for Jessica as now she has the opportunity to devote all of her energy to her new dream. Anyways, Jessica didn't "ruin" SNSD. It's okay that she wanted to leave. She and her fans were just upset that she didn't get a PROPER goodbye (ex: a goodbye stage, one final performance with the girls at Tokyo Dome and then a goodbye VCR and speech) and she was told to leave all of a sudden out of the blue. If you truly loved SNSD you would support her in following her new dream, like a sister, like a friend, like a fan.
My sentiments as well. A proper goodbye is what all sones need and the least they can give to the fans, she could have made it one last time in tokyo dome if only they're (whoever they are) not epicly agitated to kick her out. :(
Can we please all enjoy this song without dragging other members' names to this video to explain why she is or isn't the best singer in the group? They all do not have the same voice and most of their voices are different. Please do not put one member down to show/prove your point. The fact that the group had such a variation of voices is why I love them. :)
It's 2019 and I'm here listening to her voice. I miss her performing on stage. I miss her voice. I miss her being with the girls. I freaking miss her so much. But I need to accept the fact that she enjoys her life as the CEO of her own business. She isn't my bias but I'll still support her no matter what. Because in my eyes, she's still an SNSD member. She's still SNSD's Main Vocal and Ice Princess.

I've been reading random pages online and an article about koreans singing filipino song caught my attention. I've never heard about this beautiful young lady before (not fan of kpop but more of jpop) but I must say she gave justice to the song. An enchanting voice, indeed. Thumbs up

Jessica is so beautiful, inside and out. She's such a special and passionate person. She is so bright and lovely. I didn't like her at first but slowly I grew to love her. Jessica is awesome at everything she does and she does it all with a smile on her pretty face. I really wish she didn't leave SNSD but there's nothing that can be done. I wish her the best of luck and hope that the rest of her life is as sweet and amazing as she is.

Well, no one really knows what happened or if something actually happened. Around The Boys promotion they seemed a little distant from each other, what was rare since they were really close and loving. We could see from fancams that Taeyeon was kind of uncomfortable around Sica, and when Jessica tried to iniciate a moment or just be close to her, Taeyeon would ignore her in front of everyone or just brush her off. Afterwards, Jessica kind of stop trying. Today, we can see that their relationship is getting better, even thought it is still awkward. Things are changing for good and they are interacting more. There are rumors and opinions about the matter but they have never talked about it...although i´m sure they know we think they had a fight or something.
I do think something happened and they´re slowly getting over it. But who knows...

I really used to like her but one day I saw a video of her at MAMA when 2ne1 performed I'm the best (I'm a Blackjack) and she didn't seem happy at all, Hyo and Tiffany were dancing and all but she couldn't hide that she doesn't like 2ne1, she was so stiff. And then everyone (even sones) started to say that she's arrogant. So I don't know, a part of me still believes that she's actually nice.

need jungsis duet this 2016 and that piano...I wish Krystal shows that more often. I always wanted her to play an intrument and I'm happy she knew how to play the piano.
