Hello, I am a final-year pharmacy student. Currently, I am working on pharmacophore modeling, so I need to find the active set for my target protein. Where can I find this? I read in a research article that it can be found in ChEMBL.
The session was good.. Thank you.. I do have a query on finding natural compounds from chembl.. I don't know how to find it in chembl.. Can you please help me out..
Thank-you, They do have information about natural compounds. I got data for curcumin, tetra-curcumin and Withaferin from there only, just try query name or else try natural database repository
