    if he has that credit card statement, he can easily escape from this tax mostly. Reason: Say example, he bought a TV for 90K and sold at 89 due to some emergency money requirement and buyer settlement was done in cash. similarly, he can provide his justification.
    Other way, since he is not interested to keep money in bank, he kept all his saving at home ( Those money not earned in that particular financial year) and paid card due with his saving income.
    Mistake from his end is not responded to those notice. that is the problem for him.

      What ever you do, it should correlate with your declared income, some ppl doing credit card transactions in crores but declaring less income, in these cases, may cause problems
