  • Based on the Phase 2 Block B Building to replace the Town Square Chambers as part of the Stevenage Regeneration Development, I have redesigned the building and given it a mix use.
    Ground Floor consists of 12 Retail Units, 1st Floor and 6th Floor consists of Office Space, 2nd Floor to 5th Floor consists of 160 Apartments.
    The 160 Apartments is a mixture of Studio, 1 Bed and 2 Bed Apartments, the Studio Apartments have no balconies, the 1 Bed Apartments have Juliet balconies and the 2 Bed Apartments have fully walkable balconies.
    The Old Bus Station has been converted into a Garden Square Public Area with new planted trees, street lighting and bench seating areas.
    Although this is my own version, the real life Phase 2 Block B will be bigger and will have more Apartments.
